Return & Exchange

Received a faulty item? Let us know within 48 hours.
We’ll guide you through the return process. You’ll cover the shipping and customs charges. Once inspected, we’ll offer a refund or replacement (only in valid cases).

Note: We do not offer returns or exchanges unless there’s a genuine issue.

Pricing & Order Confirmation

Sometimes errors happen (we’re human too!).
If there’s a pricing or product info mistake, we may cancel your order and contact you right away to sort it out.

Delivery & Charges

International customers: custom duties or taxes may apply at delivery—these are not included in product prices.

To keep your Fustan pieces fabulous:
Dry clean only—especially for embroidered, silk, or delicate fabrics.
Machine washing, bleaching, or improper care can damage your item and won’t be covered under our return policy.
