At Fustan, we pour love into every thread, so you get not just luxury clothing, but a stress-free shopping experience too. But hey, we realize sometimes things don’t work out. So here’s the lowdown on returns and exchanges (no confusing fine print, promise!).

 Returns

Not feeling the outfit? No worries, send it back within 7 days of delivery. Just make sure:

  • It’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • You have proof of purchase

Please note: Sale items, custom pieces, and special collections are non-returnable.

Exchanges

Received the wrong item or found a fault? We’ve got you! Reach out and we’ll arrange an exchange ASAP, no questions asked.

  • Items must be unused and tag-attached.
  • Exchange depends on availability in your desired size.
  • If unavailable, we’ll offer a similar value item.

Note: Return shipping is covered by the customer.

Defective Item?

Let us know within 48 hours of receiving it. Send us pics/videos and we’ll inspect the item. Based on the case, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Late Returns

Items returned after 7 days may be subject to review—we’ll try our best to accommodate but can’t promise.

Custom Orders

Since these are made just for you, custom and personalized orders are final—no returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before 12 hours, unless it’s already processed or shipped. After 12 hours, orders will not be cancelled.
